2026–2027
We’re bringing our Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Instructor Course directly to agencies and organizations across the United States — and we’re looking for host agencies in your region.
Trilogy EMS is an official Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) Educational Partner. All instructor education is built on the nationally recognized TECC Guidelines.

For ten years, Trilogy Emergency Medical Solutions has been committed to advancing tactical medical education for those who protect and serve our communities.
To mark the milestone, we’re taking our nationally recognized Street Medicine Instructor Course on the road. The goal is simple: develop instructors who go back to their own organizations and confidently teach the skills that save lives during active violence incidents, critical injuries, and other medical emergencies.
The course
What is the Street Medicine Instructor Course?
The Trilogy EMS Street Medicine Instructor Course is our Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Instructor Course, designed to prepare instructors to teach evidence-based tactical medicine using the nationally recognized C-TECC Guidelines.
Unlike traditional EMS instructor programs, it’s built specifically for public safety professionals and anyone responsible for protecting others. Whether you’re a police officer, firefighter, security professional, firearms instructor, or school safety officer, you’ll leave with the knowledge and the instructional skills to teach lifesaving emergency medical care in line with nationally recognized TECC principles.
No previous medical
training is required.
How it runs
A hybrid instructor certification program. Because the academic material is completed online first, classroom time goes toward developing practical teaching skills instead of sitting through lectures.

The one requirement
Can your organization help fill the class?
Our most successful host agencies actively promote the course within their region. If you believe your organization can help attract 20 paid student registrations, we encourage you to submit a Host Agency Request.
Twenty is the number that makes a stop viable. Classes typically run 24 to 30 students, including your two complimentary seats, with the cap set by your classroom’s limits.
The result is a diverse classroom where instructors learn from one another while building regional partnerships that strengthen community preparedness.
